Arya’s Ashes

  • Block Mesh out all currently planned locations

  • Start Phase 1 of Crafting System

  • Modify certain data assets of Narrative Pro for characters to have game specific data

  • Build Main town

  • Create common mechanics found within most RPGs

  • Create villager Metahumans

  • Create Narrative Pro Characters

  • Start creating dialogue for those within the village

  • Master Narrative Pro Settlement System

  • Finish making remaining locations look and feel lived in

  • Finish Combat System

  • Finish Crafting System

  • Finish additional dialogue and side quests

  • Have a Beta

  • Finish cutscenes

  • Final Optimization and Bug Fixing

  • Final Trailer with release date

Thaggund’s Escape

  • Short Rest (2 to 3 weeks)

  • Begin drawing out the landscape in World Creator 3

  • Transfer all Systems from Arya’s Ashes to Thaggund’s Escape

  • Phase 1 Advanced Crafting System

  • Phase 1 Building System (Experimental - May remain very simple and used for traversal and such)

  • Create Dwarf Meta Human Main Characters

  • Write Main Story Dialogue and Questline

  • Insert Landscape into UE, setup material and PCG system

  • Build Cave System over Landscape

quarter Three

Arya’s Ashes

  • Setup Locomotion specific to series

  • Setup GAS Attributes for series

  • Phase 1 for Combat System for series

  • Create Part 1 of main story questline in Narrative Pro

  • Create Part 1 of main story dialogue in Narrative Pro

  • Create some branching questlines

  • Create some branching dialogues

  • Setup Companion System

  • Start Phase 2 of Crafting System

  • Make the main town look and feel alive

  • Get additional locations out of block mesh phase and into beta phase

  • Setup weather cycles in Ultra Dynamic Sky

Thaggund’s Escape

  • Create Base Enemy AI System

  • Create humanoid races found in Arya’s Ashes

  • Phase 2 for Combat System for series

  • Have first alpha test

  • Start on additional branching quests and dialogue

  • Part 2 of main story and dialogue

  • Get additional locations looking and feeling more alive

  • Get additional remaining locations out of block mesh phase and into beta phase

  • Have second alpha test

  • Create trailers and attempt to get some funding

  • Phase 3 for Combat System for series

  • Phase 3 of Crafting system

  • Finish Main storyline quests

  • Start creating needed cutscenes
